"I put it all in back of my mind where I hold you I'm just trying to keep track, how far back it really goes " That part I think means that when it was over, he tried to hide all of his feelings and he cant keep track of how much he felt, cause its so much. My favorite lines "I smile in regret every time I think of how I spoke to you" Because, ya no, if you say something stupid or you let someone know how your feeling and later you just smile cause you feel so stupid? This is a great song, personaly I think it is about Giving someone your heart, letting them no how you feel, and then when its over. |

I agree I deffinitly dont think its about religion... But Dante Sint had some good explanations. Maybe "The new light of dawn discovered by ungrateful eyes, Through 5-3 eyes" Means his friend Virgil had discoverd a new light and Matt didnt? I dont know.. but its a great song! |
