This song is amazing. I'm not entirely sure what it means, but the lyrics are interesting, to say the least. Judging from the opening, it seems to be about sticking together and standing up for each other, even when it's hopeless. |

How can you say this isn't one of Nothingface's best? This is the song Matt was most proud of for a long time. What I think the song is about is God, ie. realizing that there isn't one. |

I'm pretty sure you are wrong too. Rick played for this album, Tommy didn't actually record anything on this album, so I really doubt the song is about him. I don't think he left the band on bad terms either, as he left because he has a heart condition.
That said, I don't know what the song is about. |
