Yeah, it's somewhat about that but it's more about how people in liberal places in this nation, such as Orange County California, believe money is supposed to cure all your ills and bring you happiness. To me, this song is how most conservatives and moderates view what liberalism is in this country. Which seems to be what this song is talking about, our nation's cities. We each walk along streets where we see decay morally, physically and culturally. Many will usually pass by. Sometimes feeling sorry for them or tossing them some money. But most will stick with their liberal attitude of, "they made a choice" or they will just laugh inside at them. Because, you see, despite what the uneducated person above said, it is the conservative who does care. It is the churches and the people of faith who try the help these people while liberals look to corrupt them. By making them think quick fixes are the best. Whether it is a hit from a joint and a chug from a bottle of an alcoholic beverage. Liberalism tells them it is ok to take your self away using quick fixes instead of really helping. The same goes for young kids selling drugs and/or themselves for a quick fix. Because all around them they see that it is either hopeless or perfectly normal. It is just another example of liberalism. Where what you are is what you are supposed to be and that help is too far out of reach. A left-winger hardly gives a fuck about this either. They just care about appearing to be PC without following through. And do you think this happens in conservative communities? Hell no. They are just used as a scapegoat. Which is another liberal culture trait. Passing off responsibility to those who weren't the ones who created the problem yet try their hardest to fix it despite the bigoted policies and opinions of the left who try and limit their effect, thus keeping these problems going. Then we have the liberal media selling Britneys, Christinas and Lindsays. All while stunting and all out filtering more positive and conservative images and opinions from television. Whether it is the word and application of morals vs. liberal self-gratification. It is easy to sell a product in shiny packaging with flashy images. It's easy to sell liberalism as a good thing when making it presentable and attractive for the young and impressionable. Then you can hide the fact that it is a destructive disease that destroys culture. Just look around you. We have middle school students with as much experience as porn stars. We have companies making thongs geared towards 10 year old children as fashion wear. We have parents dressing their daughters like hookers for fashion shows. All while their mothers look at them in pride as older men gawk at them in excitement. But it's all fair and acceptable in liberal terms. I heard a news story recently of a 13 year old girl throwing her just born child out a 2nd story window because she was afraid it would wake her mother. Her liberal mother, who allowed her daughter to spend hours alone with the boy, was asleep in the next room the whole time. The liberal pro-choicers, (aka pro-death since they always choose abortion when in the certain situation), must have loved this girl like a hero. They sure came to her aid fast when she was locked up in a mental hospital even though she should be in a jail for youth offenders (aka juvy). But she'll get away with murder since many liberals came to her aid and made her the victim of "evil conservatism." This all goes on while liberals are trying to purge morality and religious beliefs from the public eye. Going as far as wanting to remove God from our history, present and future. All while stomping on the rights of the religious majority in this country through tactics of intimidation, slander, limits on their free speech and by evem all out lies. Well known left-leaning people (given their views on politics, governments and how culture should be controlled) Adolf Hitler wasn't a conservative. He killed those who dared use religion to show that he is evil. Not to mention how he favored Communism as an inspiration for controlling the populace. Osama bin Laden isn't a conservative. He has many of the same opinions that leftists in this country have. Capitalism is evil. Democracy is inferior. America and Israel need to be destroyed, etc. etc. Michael Moore isn't a conservative. See above (OBL) and watch F9/11 Stalin definitely wasn't a conservative. Millions dead, mostly those who followed religion, should be enough Kim Jong Il isn't a conservative. Threatening nations with nuclear terror. A very left-wing tactic of trying to get your way. Charles Manson isn't a conservative nor did he hang around/manipulate them. Notice he targeted the most liberal people in his day, hippies. He saw their weakness (liberalism, open to anything and everything to feel a "high"). So he became a hippie himself preaching peace while carrying out violence. None of the Saudis are conservative. Look at how they silence oppossing religions in their country. Saddam Hussein isn't conservative. The Ba'athist party. Why do you think left and many neo-nazis in this country oppossed the Iraq war. Zarqawi isn't conservative. Uses violence to show distaste for ideologies other than his own. Also threatens to "bring down democracy." Khomeini wasn't conservative. Had strong Communistic views. Not to mention the common anti-west, anti-Israel and anti-democracy views. Yasser Arafat wasn't conservative. Same as above. I could go on and on with those who clearly represent liberal left-leaning views on government, society and/or politics. They all have one thing in common. Controlling minds and silencing opposing speech in public. Just turn on your televisions and in your city. Look closely and with a truly clear mind. You'll see what liberalism is, a disease like that of which is shown in this song. A disease that destroys as long as the fellow liberals can get off on the backs of others. This song is in no way about conservatives. Because we are the only ones who do care and show it with our actions. We donate the most and help firsthand with aud work. We don't go out and blow our money to fill our closets with shoes and the latest styles while fellow Americans are hungry for food and knowledge. Do you ever wonder why barely any, if any at all, soup kitchens are started by athiests? Do you ever wonder why young materialistic people tend to lean left? To them it is fun to pretend you care without really caring. epp, i suggest you look around and "open your eyes" as the song says. Stop using your biases and racism and see the truth of who causes what and continues the cycle. Because it is the conservative who tries to fend off the attackers of their rights while trying to stop the moral decay. |
