I just randomly found this song in a friends MP3 collection... I'm not sure exactly what it means, but it touches me, in both lyrics and the music I think it is about two people who were close, and now there is distance and awkwardness...and the singer just wants the other person to say "I miss you", or "I love you", or just anything, anything at all other then walking away or pretending like it means nothing... |

I know there might be some prostitute type references..but.. "I owe you, but I know you You’ll have me back but it’s gonna take a week What now kid? Which way love? Will we ever make up and be friends" To me that is about being with or hanging out with an ex-lover, and not knowing if you'll grow closer, or if you'll just go apart. And in a similar vain, "take me to the riot", means, lets just go out and have fun. |
