Beastie Boys – The Brouhaha Lyrics 20 years ago
this is a quality track, one of the best on to the 5 boroughs.

in the album cover there are loads of editors notes - thi song is filled with them - well funny - in which he attacks the Beasties lack of vocabulary concerning the word 'brouhaha'.

Capdown – Cousin Cleotis Lyrics 20 years ago
dunno blindman, i think you're seeing it in a bit of a narrow way - yeh, maybe capdown do agree with smoking cannabis, but the song on a wider level can simply be seen as a call to people to do what they want, to strive to acheive (dont just sit on your ass, dreaming of a better way)to be what they want to be. who knows - the song rules anyway.

Capdown – Bitches And Nike Shoes Lyrics 20 years ago
clearly a piss-take of 'rudeboy' lifestyle (if you know the song, the voice he performs it in makes this obvious), talking about how the music and social stereotype is cliched and that people dont understand/dont want to understand what bands like capdown's lyrics are about, seeing as CAPDOWN stands for CAPITALIST DOWNFALL. the song kicks ass as well.

Rage Against the Machine – Voice of the Voiceless Lyrics 20 years ago
1984,by George Orwell, was in fact written in 1948, and was a depiction of life as Orwell imagined the future to be...turned out he wasnt far off the mark. It talks about the idea of 'big brother', and a way of life that was rigid and totalitarian, with people being watched all the time...and subsequently, the little people trying to break free from their constraints. Hence the lyric in this song - it's all about how the book is coming true, but that the 'little people' ('little brither') know what's coming and they're ready.
