By the way, there's another version of this song on the net, the one that's not on the CD. It's about 30 seconds longer and is more bass-y. It's better, imo. |

The reason it sounds like Lust For Life is because the drumbeat is similar. But other songs use a similar drumbeat. It's just common in old-school and punk rock. Other songs that uses similar beats are "Last Nite" and "Someday" both by The Strokes. |

Despite popular belief, Jack Black didn't do the vocals. The Mooney Suzuki didn't get much credit for this song, so here you go. The MS also did the cover of Cole Porter's "Don't Fence Me In" in the Nike hockey Canada commercial, where Markus Naslund hunts for the puck on the streets of Vancouver. |
