This is one of favourite songs on the cd. The meaning is kinda obvious when you hear it. |

This song is a more mellow song on the album. There are about 3 mellow songs on the new album, One Year, Six Months, Empty Apartment, which happens to turn heavier near the end, and this, Back Home. Lemme just say, buy the album. They even do a country sounding song, View From Heaven. Hell, the name even sounds country-ish, but they make it sound shweet. |

This song is one of my favourite songs from yellowcard. The violins in it are beautiful, proving, if no one has believed yet, that Yellowcard put violins to good use. Also, in the chorus, when the main singer is literally scream-singing so high that it doesnt seem that he could go a higher pitch, it just sounds awesome. This is a sad song, I agree, and they really should make a video for this song. Soon too. This song is one of my most favoured songs on this cd, and it is a song I doubt anyone could say no to. |

This song rocks, the chorus is my favourite part though. The verses have a lighter aspect, and then the chorus comes back and it sounds darker again. Just a cool song. |

Now everyone be happy. No, it was not about someone dead. Yes, the dead thing seems more sensible, but that is not the real meaning. But you can believe what you want to believe. And be wrong. |

I have the official real meaning to this song, stated by Tom Delonge himself:
The song's more about the vulnerability and kind of heart-wrenching pain you feel when you're in love and when you're a guy and you're trying to tell a girl, 'Don't waste your time coming and talking to me because, in my head at least, you probably already gave me up a long time ago.' |
