I don't know what it is about this song. It's so lively and upbeat. It puts me in a good mood every time I listen to it. |

| Readymade Fc – The only one (feat. Yaël Naïm) Lyrics

This is a great song! I first heard it through an obscure website that played equally obscure music videos. It's obvious what it's about...unrequited love. She's a lot more serious about him than he is about her. I can't believe that no one's commented on it yet! |

| Grandaddy – The Group Who Couldn't Say Lyrics

One of my favorites of theirs. And I agree with leonperkin. I love the part about the dragonfly and how she found so much beauty in it, beauty she could never create with a computer. Does anyone else notice how Grandaddy focuses so much of their lyrics on the evils of technology and modernism, yet their music uses synthesizers and most songs have a futuristic feel to them? I'm sure they did that one purpose, but it's pretty cool, eh? |

| Grandaddy – Miner At The Dial-A-View Lyrics

It definately makes me imagine a miner on another planet, who was sent there to mine for more resources to send back to earth, so that we can continue "progress". Meanwhile, he's looking back at his home, and his old life, looking for those he loves and will probably never see again. |

WarmPBR, it's not "Bring for the mollusk cast unto me". That doesn't even make sense. It's "Bring FORTH the mollusk cast unto me". If you're going to correct, correct correctly. ;-) |

| Ween – Roses Are Free Lyrics

This is the first Ween song I had ever heard. I was in a music store and they were playing it. I was so impressed that I bought their album, and I've been a fan ever since. Don't know what the song means though. Just thought it was catchy. |

| Grandaddy – Taster Lyrics

This is my favorite song of there's. It's kind of morbid in a way since it's about a king's taster who eats some poisoned food and is sitting there dieing. It's like people are just standing around watching him die and are offering him their gratitude for doing such a good job. The really creepy part is that it was probably a job that he was forced to do. |
