Don't quote me on this, but i heard somewhere that this song was about a ghost that the lead singer believed lived in his apartment. It kinda matches with the lyrics if you think about it. But i'm pretty sure this is incorrect. Oh well. It rocks however you look at it. |

What is everyone's problem? This song deserves a thousand comments. It's such a good song. I'm a bit confused though, because the lyrics posted here don't match up with what he says on the album. And I think these are the lyrics that they have on the site too. Is there another version or what? Nevertheless this song rocks. It deserves more recognition than this. |

Wow, I can't believe no one has commented on this song. It's one of my favorites from the first CD. It seems as though the person he's singing about has possibly hurt him in some way in the past, but he's still willing to be with the individual, even though he knows he's vulnerable to having his heart broken again. I dunno. |

It's such a different song from anything else on the "Rock N Roll" album. I like the fact that he chose this title for the only piano song on an all out "rock and roll" record. It shows that not all rock is drums and guitars. The song speaks for itself. |

This is definately one of my favorite Ryan Adams songs. It's simple yet creative and beautiful at the same time. This song, to me, is a song of hope and reasurrance. It seems as though he's run into some trouble in a certain relationship. What he's basically saying is that whatever happens, in the end she'll still be the same, wonderful girl he's always known. |
