This song make me smile and then smile some more - it was my 10 year old little girl whom pointed out that Lord Anthony was a girl after our 2nd listen. I don't know if Lord Anthony is a reference to School Parkas(snorkels) that everyone in Scotland had in the late 70's early 80's. Or maybe thats just my obscure old mind wishing wistfully. |

Me and ma pal going out with these two girls from Kelty. His girl was called Mary and she was a honey and i wanted her. Hence this shite song sticks to my memory like a wet pound note on the bottom of a swimming pool. Its that relevant. |
