You people ripping on this song make me laugh. It's a good, catchy song. And I'm pretty sure I don't listen to it since it's on the "Top 30" or whatever, seeing as I live in the US, randomly happened upon them, and thoroughly enjoyed them. I'm pretty sure that had nothing to do with how "commercial" they are. They're catchy, fun music. You need to calm down, get off your high-horse, and thank God they didn't decide to make music that came across sounding like Panic! At The Disco or Fall Out Boy. |

It definitely is an anti-war song. But it's obviously not just about America. Remember, Great Britain went to war with us. Either way, this song is awesome. |

I don't think it takes Stephen Hawkings to see that this song is about a friend who died.
Unless I'm retarded and missed a deeper meaning...... Which is very possible. |

Yeah, I'm Irish, and if I have a friend who's British I always mess around with them about this kind of subject... And thus, I love this song. Especially the beginning guitar. |

I agree with Dr. X on this one, I don't know why everyone thinks all Gorillaz songs have to be about drugs... Just 'cause they're cartoons that look weird? Whatever... And I don't think there's a meaning behind this song, he's talking about scary movies.... And how the do those quotes have ANYTHING to do with X? |
