yeah, everyone comes here and says.."o, i can relate to this so much! blah blah." we all can but you've got to move on. i can think of 60 other heartbreak songs better than this one. Apple Shampoo says "Grow up, then come back and listen to it." when this is the kind of song that 13-15 year olds relate to the most. its not that special. stop acting like it is. |

ive seen thrice, thursday, DC, and the starting line all on mtv several times. i hate people who think theyre so underground with thursday and the starting line and finch. listen to some good music.

the entire album, start to finish, is about julio venegas. an artist and close friend who committed suicide right before at the drive-in came out with thier first record. th ATDI song embroligo is about him as well. the entire mars volta record is about is constant drug use, halucination, and dreppression. as the album goes on he drowns deeper and deeper into addiction and maddness until he finally kills himeself in the last two songs. |
