I think this song is about a guy that hurt Jessicka pretty badly (maybe abuse?) And shes so hurt that she spends her days mourning, thus her life becomes mediocre "i'm living in a teenage negative mediocrity" I think the guy later wants her back, but shes giving up on love. Thats my take anyway. =) |

The girl looks so pale and dead that you can almost see through her. The ashes signify all her problems. Jessicka is saying "leave it all up to me, i'll take care of her." "Curse me sold her The poison that runs it's course through her Pale white skin with strawberry gashes all over all over " Jessicka feels that it's all her fault, that she should be cursed. "Watch me fault her You're living like a disaster She said kill me faster with strawberry gashes all over" Jessicka is now afraid that this girl might not survive. The girl is saying "no..let me die..cut me more." But Jessicka is trying to save her. "Called her over and asked her if she was improving She said feels fine it's wonderful wonderful here" The girl is now in sort of a dreamy state. Shes slowly dieing, and hallucinating and whatnot, Jessicka asks her is shes all right, and she says that it's wonderful. "Hex me told her I dreamt of a devil that knew her Pale white skin with strawberry gashes all over all over" Jessicka knew that she should have patched things up with this girl sooner, if she did none of this would have happened. "I lay quiet waiting for her voice to say "Some things you lose and some things you just give away" She knows shes going to die, and shes fine with it. She talks about losing her friendship with Jessicka and giving away her life. "Scold me failed her If only I'd held on tighter to her Pale white skin that twisted and withered away from me away from me" Jessicka could not save the girl, and she dies in her arms. I think this song is about the girl Vivica being in a relashionship with one of Jessickas ex boyfriends. "He'll never change he's just too vague, he'll never say your beautiful" The guy is verbally abusive, and Jessicka knows what Vivica is going through, so she comforts her. Vivica can't sleep because she thinks lowly of herself, so she just takes pills, dreams shes invisible, but the dreams get worse and worse, which leads her to wake up again, and she keeps recalling when she was capable to sleep. Jessicka remembers how bad it was to be like that, so she wants to keep Vivica with her and remind her of how beautiful she really is. |

This song basically deals with realization of the death of a loved one. The person knows her loved one passed away, but it doesn't hit her until later on. "Playground schoolbell rings, again Rainclouds come to play, again" That line shows how everything in the world remains the same despite the loss. Her world basically stopped, but everything else is going on as it would normally. "Has no one told you she's not breathing ? " Shes having flashbacks from when she found out the person died, like shes slowly making herself believe. "Hello, I'm your mind, giving you someone to talk to...Hello..." Thats her conscience..her mind is trying to distract her from the truth. "If I smile and don't believe Soon I know I'll wake from this dream" She telling herself "This is all just a dream, i know i'm going to wake up, so why should i be sad?" "Don't try to fix me I'm not broken" People are trying to comfort her, trying to make her feel better, but she thinks everything is all right. They don't need to comfort her, shes only dreaming. "Hello, I'm the lie living for you so you can hide... Don't cry... " Now shes sort of comforting herself. She knows deep down that its not a dream but shes hiding it. Shes living a lie, her little world where everything is all right. "Suddenly I know I'm not sleeping Hello, I'm still here, all that's left Of yesterday.. " She finally realizes that its not dream, and everything is not all right. Her loved one is gone, and she is left all alone. |
