If you guys even knew anything about underoath, this song and probably the whole CD is about Dallas getting kicked out. I don't consider this popcore worth a shit, Aaron just decided to sing a bit more and Spencer is amazing at what he does, despite what you all say. They have not lost their christianity, and never will. Just listen and read Some Will Seek Forgiveness, Others Escape. In reply to Monticello o2i, of course they're about running away and trying to find safety, THE ALBUMS NAME IS "THEY'RE ONLY CHASING SAFETY", use your head, kid. I agree with Chadeous, They sound nothing like Taking Back Sunday, they don't repeat themselves over and over because they suck and can't think of any other words, they're amazing artists and you should respect them. If you all actually payed attention to the band, you would learn something and not be total morons about it. Dallas was a great vocalist, but he was kicked out because of personal reasons and it was the best choice for HIM. Actually...The majority of IKSSE3 is more about Cambria/Jesse/Al The Killer. The Camper Velourium is about Al and his capturing of Cambria. Blood Red Summer I think is about Cambria too..or Jesse... |

ivorywalls, Claudio's lyrics make sense, you just have to know what he's talking about and if you think about it enough. None of his lyrics are incorrect in any of his songs, the grammar that is. It is most definately *tied*. And Johnny GT, speaking of grammar, a three year old would know it's not "Thats where there from" it is infact, "That's where they're from. And..i own all of their ep's as Shabutie and i lived in Nyack and met Claudio when i was like fuckin 10, five years ago. Who wins now bitch? |

Firstly, they aren't Sci-Fi novels, they are Graphic Novels. As in, very THICK COMIC BOOKS. Three Parts. And the Keywork has no reference to anything in SSTB i believe. And the only song i can recall that mentions anything about a pole is Time Consumer, which isn't abuot The Keywork, read my comment to get it. And, A Fallen Star, you took that straight from an interview or the sight, i've read those exact words, give credit to the C-Bomb please, thanks. |

Claudio's voice is so fucking NOT DIGITALLY ALTERED. WHERE THE HELL DID YOU HEAR THAT? And..what makes you think Nikki is his old love or something? He did recently, i believe he said, break up with his girlfriend who in no way her name is not nikki. Newo Ikkin (Nikki Owen) is a character in the story and the STORY CLAUDIO'S love interest. Shabutie was what they were called before Coheed and Cambria. Oh..for you people saying things.. It's not, "Coheed and Cambria are the shit", it would be "Coheed and Cambria is the shit" It's a BAND NAME, it is one thing not two. Thank you very much |

Actually..this is about two of Coheed's Children, Mathew and Mariah. Matthew "accidently" hit her in the head with a pole and she cried, thus the, "librarian find me a pole, the one that kicks your head in". It was most likely taken place in a library. Matthew and a friend (i'm guessing the friend part) call her names, thus, "so they pulled your confidence down with those verbal discrepancies
now and then you'll gain what they've lost through a challenge of unpronounced
pain is only a pulse if you just stop feeling it
you might be able to use the very thing that makes us up", the "pain is only a pulse, if you just stop feeling it" is Cambria telling her not to let the words hurt her. This song is basically about Matthew being a Time Catalyst, speeding time up for those of you who don't know what it means. He was given this ability, which it says in the song, took a little look-see at it one more time. And this isn't emocore, it's pure rock, saying this is emo is saying RUSH is EMO. |

Yeah..Coheed and Cambria IS NOT EMO. Though the label doesn't really matter, they are, infact, pure rock. I've chatted with Claudio many times when i see him at shows and the like and i do indeed post on the board alot. Every one of his songs are like a soundtrack to his 3 part Graphic Novel he's currently working on. Second Stage Turbine Blade is the SECOND part of the story. The first is Bag Online Adventures which will most likely be released last, The THIRD part of the story is In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth: 3, see the picture?
