When I first heard this song i thought it might be about someone in her life that had committed suicide but the loss of a loved one/parent makes perfect sense as well. Just brilliantly beautiful. Haunting almost. I dare anyone not to cry after hearing this song. |

I absolutley LOVE this song! The movie, also, is SPECTACULAR! "Well, ain't this place a geographical oddity. Two weeks from everywhere!" Too many great lines to chose from and this song fits the tone of the movie so well. I truly belive that this movie is one of those that you most assuredly have to see at least twice. When I first saw it, thought it was the dumbest movie i'd ever seen - Saw it again and 'got it' the second time around. Look up the live version of this song with AKUS (Alison Krauss & Union Station) - to DIE for! So rich and captivating! |

The most romantic song I think i've ever heard. Eva outdoes it's predecessor and writer C. McVeigh with this version (although the original is still wonderful in it's own right). The lyrics simply speak for themselves in this wonderful song about love and commitment. The love is ever apparent in these two people that even the 'songbirds' have to sing and share in their joy. I LOVE IT I LOVE IT!!!! |
