| OKAY! Like, how many times does it have to be said? THIS SONG IS A JOKE! It's Tom DeLonge and company, sitting around in a studio, saying "Let's have some fun, and make some nonsense song!" It's SO FUCKING OBVIOUSLY not a song that was written to be taken seriously! It's a song making fun of all those really stupid, one-album punk bands out there, who sing about stupid shit, and BCR decided to do a song that made total fun of them. They're allowed to have fun, and if you people would just look at the song for what it is, a song that SHOULDN'T be taken seriously, then you would laugh every time you heard it. It's not some song they wrote, and were like "Okay, let's make this really deep, so that people can think about it". They had a little fun, so fuck off, and quit whining. Also, until you have more money, and more talent, then they do, THEN you can start worrying about what kind of music they make. Until then, if you don't like the fucking song, then DON"T FUCKING LISTEN TO IT, and it should solve all your problems... | Um.... Chill out. And everyone's entitled to their opinion, so you don't have to f***ing spaz out on them for having their opinion. People are entitled to be free thinkers. I, personally, like Blink on a few levels, and, being someone with a singing voice that sounds somewhat similar to Tom's, I like their vocals and stuff. Box Car Racer is alot better musically than Blink's newer stuff, but on the older cds, Blink had some decent riffs, although the drums sucked. So yeah. Whatever. You guys can sit here and insult each other all you want, but Box Car Racer has good music, and Blink has some decent music too. As compared to, say, any of the popstars out there, Blink has a big jump on them, cause they write their own lyrics, and play their own instruments. Also, unless you can play better than they can, or if you can write better than they can, THEN you have the right to cricize them, not before. Also, just remember, that they're the ones who are rich and famous, and you're just some whiney loser on an internet message board. Just some things to think about, before you go saying bands suck, and that people who listen to them suck. | |

| rebelstar68, in the lyrics booklet, it gives Mark credit for back-up vocals on Elevator, so yeah. Even though it is Box Car, it's still Mark's vocals, cause he did a guest appearance. Although, actually, in the booklet, I think it gives Rob Aston credit for vocals in Elevator, and Mark vocals on Cat Like Thief, which it's the other way around... I remember that catching my eye, and me having to listen to the songs a few tims to catch it. | |

| This song has become my anthem. I love it. I mean, whenever I'm pissed off or whatever, I just slam on this song, and it's like "HA HA HA!" I'm suddenly in a better mood! I agree though, that Blink's earlier stuff is their best, even if I did just buy their cd's in 2002... :$ BUt yeah. defintely an awesome song, and an awesome album! | |

| I love this song! It's one that I like to put on and sing, cause it's so fast, and the lyrics are classic. Dude Ranch was probably their best album, although I am a big fan of Cheshire Cat too... Bhudda, however... I paid 28 bucks (Canadian) for it, and it hasn't been worth it, except to make fun of. But, back on topic, this song, and Dude Ranch, are both amazing, and I'm glad I invested the 15 dollars to go buy this cd! I'd like to see these guys go back to their punk roots, I think it'd be so awesome! I like Box Car Racer's album better than either of the two newer Blink albums, just cause it sounds better~ | |

| Um... I hate this song... The chorus sucks, basically just Serj screaming while John hits a few drums, and Daron plays a few power chords... It just sounds hideous. It's obviously one of their earlier songs, when they had no money, and hadn't found their style. Same with Mind, and Soil. On the other side, Storaged is awesome, despite it's song time of like, 1:17. I love that one. So, whatever. Just goes to show that people have different opinions, and we're all free to have our own opinion! | |

I think the song is talking about radical feminism, as they believe that Christ was a woman. "I had an out of body experience the other day, Her name was Jesus". And then, the chorus "Try her philosiphy, die for her philosiphy, but your philosiphy died" is talking about how, no matter how hard you follow your figurehead, your philosiphy will fall, because there's nothing to believe in. He's not putting down the Christians, he's showing us how so many other religions have distorted Jesus Christ, and how it's screwing up how people see Him.
