The last verse's lyrics are wrong.The lyrics in the sleeve say 'The static, the metal, the anal, got to get some sensation'. In my opinion it's about how people just distance themselvesfrom you after you grow up, and you change as they do, just in a different way. |

meh. It's a site for song meanings, so what the hell? Purity got taken off of the Slipknot album, but at least we have Despise, which is better in my opinion. It's pretty much about being hated, and hating people back. Joey himself says that they were given the finger so much that when they started giving it to people, "it was ten times more vicious" |
