the god of wine comes crashing through the headlights of a car...everytime i hear that line i think of everyone ive lost to drunk drivers, or their own drunk driving stupidity
and then. well i could quote the whole fucking song. it reminds me of me, in the past, about how alcohol can slowly strip your life down to absolutely nothing. its like a crazy downward spiral, until even those you drank with arent around anymore. its a good song about the real consequences, mostly emotional, some physical, of substance abuse |

wow i didnt realize it was written about an actual person, but i always understood the jist of the song, about something inside her head taking away her life and no one could do anything about it. but you could also look at it from a psychological point instead of physiological, and conclude that maybe, if this girl was a young adult, depression or another mental disorder that we dont really understand had taken over her life. like a tumor, mental disease steals away life without reason |

yea geoada's right, they use it to kidnap and rape people, they use it in a lot of movies. (hah remember ace ventura pet detective, he used it on the football player runnin track) so yea this song is sick, but i still LOVE it, and they kick ass in concert. hes such a great performer, really gettin into his music...a really kickass band |

dude i remember how i felt the first time i heard dashboard on the radio. i went oh no now everyones gonna be like "dashboard this dashboard that" and ive been listenin to them for over a year AND went to the concert when everyone was like "what whos that?" but about the song, i think this kind of emo will only work for ya if youre in the right mood. ie, my bf just dumped me and i dont know why and i miss him so much, yada yada. thats probably why i cried :) and as for JEW, No Sensitivity says it all for me "im takin my kisses back, i want my kisses back from you" hell YEA |
