I think the song is about not being able to be a good follower of god bless me dark father i have sinned ive done it before and ill do it again. I believe its about just accepting the fate he cant follow gods way of life and i think the satan thing is just added for a little fun, but at the same time even in alk3 has always had little sataninc things like in the booklet of goddammit by the lyrics for trouble breathing i think is the song the goats skull and 666...I dont know |

To me (and this may be way off to others but..)the song is about dan watching someone he knows alot about or has a good relationship with (like Matt maybe) and how they appear to be a great person but he has demons he cant deal with "he likes to pretend that hes all grown up" and even though he dose alot of things that are wrong like with "another innocent girl just maid his list" he cant help but realize and see that even though all these things are bad he is slowly almost manipulated to be the same "this part of him is now a part of me." i dont know thats what i think of it but everyone has there own views |
