Link 80 – Verbal Kint Lyrics 23 years ago
Nick Traina was like, the best singer ever, but I think Ryan Noble does a pretty good job of leading Link 80 now. You guys know how Nick Traina died? I believe he took heroine and being bipolar, he knew he couldn't take it. So was it a suicide or an OD?

Mindless Self Indulgence – Bed Of Roses Lyrics 23 years ago
I think it's kinda like saying, His life has never been easy, but it's the path he chose, so he's going to stick with it, through all the hard times, and he doesn't want anyone to feel sorry for him in any way.

Thrice – That Hideous Strength Lyrics 23 years ago
First, Thrice is more like a Hardcore band, or at least latey they've become moreso like it. And to the dude who said people don't try to kill themselves slitting their wrists, fuck you, let's see, my girlfriend has, as well as one of my best friends, let's just say we all have our own suicidal tendencies, but that's not important. This song really shot my friend Peter and I in the head, it just stands out to us from their other songs. It just seems heavier with more emotion in the song, now I now nothing of Thrice's religious stand-point, so I don't know if this song could have some moral religious shit in it. But uh yea, no matter what, Thrice will always kick ass, the three times i've seen em, I've gone insane. They have alot of talent, and they know how to put music together. I have death metal friends who were like, wow, these guys are good, I have pussy punker friends who say, wow, these guys are good. They have a really attractive sound, and that's awesome.

Unwritten Law – Close Your Eyes Lyrics 23 years ago
I think the first part, "he shaved off his hair, put boots on his feet and said this was his country" is about a skinhead neonazi kid who fucked up and got shot.

Then, "there once was a kid from south central LA, who threw up his set all day" is aboot a crypt kid(cuz the blue thing) flashing "sets" or "gang signs" if you will, then he "throws his set" to the wrong guy, who happens to be someone else, a blood. So they fight.... and the let's just all hang out is basically another way to say fuck this violence bullshit and let's set aside our differences... I really enjoi this song, it's got great content and music to it....

Ultimate Fakebook – Tell Me What You Want Lyrics 24 years ago
It's about a guy who's madly in love with a girl. Hehe, and to add on, it's sweet, I hear these guys practice daily, they b my neighbors. Anyone who doesn't listen to UF should at least give a chance and check em out, along with any band for that matter.

AFI – High School Football Hero Lyrics 24 years ago
Could it be more obvious? It just insulting jocks, and I love it. Hehe. Check out Days of the Phoenix, I don't think it's on here, but if you liked UL's Seein' Red video, you'd enjoi the Days of the Phoenix video. I'm pretty sure it was done by the same guy, You decide.

I'm not sure about the meaning, but the only thing I don't like about it, is that blink fans now are trying to take good music and put it on mtv...hehe....I hate blink, but i at least respect and halfway like their older songs. But yea, why doesn't anyone talk this much about Oz Factor, Teenage Suicide, or Coffin Text? Those where good punk songs. I like elva just as much as UL's other album, but, it's kinda different now that UL is, uh, well big I guess. You people that enjoi punk should check out guttermouth or thrice.
