Yes it is a song by Brandtson, and one time on the Brandtson website they said about Wes Anderson films (bottle rocket, rushmore, and royal tenebaums) and i think that this is a line from one of those movies, but why it was chose as a title for this song, i dont know.

This seems to be about his mother or father, and how for twenty years they never wanted anything thing to do with him, and it is just too late. "guess the screaming runs in the family" is a creative line. very emotional song, i think the new stuff is great
