i think he's rather saying that you can take his hand and join him with what he's doing or just join with him because he's offering his hand. he's not going to feed his belief to you, he will not plead for you to join with him in his beliefs. he will offer his hand and help you with whatever, no matter who you are, he is a man plain and simple like any other. it's not his job to make you believe in whatever he believes, he only wants to join with you because you are a human being like him.
I think the song is linked with Freddie Mercury because yes he's gay, and maybe the singer doesnt like certain people going against the guy because he was gay. he likes the singer, and he's saying it's not wrong to listen to a gay guy sing. especially such an amazing one. "All have fallen short. To see if it's right or wrong to listen to this song." it seems as if he's disappointed that people are judging the singer of their ways before actually taking a chance to listen. he doesnt want you to not listen because of a person's certain choices, just listen for the entertainment of it. |

i dont know, it's a good song and all. i dont know something just doesnt make it all as great as all you make it. i can see the feeling, as i saw the feelings in blink 182. (dude ranch stuff man) i mean if playing some simple chords and singing simple words over and over makes a masterpiece, then what about those who give the feeling from the bottom of their toes? who might actually burst out in tears to bloom their feelings (stole that from cursive) what about them? |

you know who's a great punk singer, no one cause it's a dumb friggin label for music, why the hell do you label it, just live it if you want to. do you want to live as a label? she sure does. and o man her lyrics are so bad, just as bad as the youth ahead. i bet all of you just love dr seuss. and i think i've seen these songs by 3rd graders. and how could you relate to this song, i mean a 17 year old going out with a 22 year old "punker." why would the guy waste his time. |
