I think this song is about destroying something beautiful. There is a feeling you get from desecrating something beautiful, I cant explain it. Afterwards, you are utterly disgusted, but during it there is an indescribable emotion. I could be way off on this, and the song probalby isnt about that, but it jsut makes me think about it. Can anyone explain the first half of the last stanza? I dont get that. all through every forest above the trees within my stomach scraped off my knees |

| I think its more about any addiction, though the only thing we ever really think about addiction in relation to is drugs. You could just as easily be addicted to sex or religion or anything else, and the lyrics make just as much sense. | |
