This song is about Butch Walker going to California with his band (byte the bullet/southgang) and doing the whole rock star thing. While he's there him and the band have a rather large porn collection and while browsing through the videos they recognize a familar face. Butch realizes that he actually went to highschool with this girl and now shes a porn star. So yea... it's about her. |

Yea, Cartersville is about like that. Pretty simular to Rome, which is where I'm from (and right next door to cartersville) the songs about growing up in a small town and trying not to blend in with this rest of the crowd. Mr.Walker is truely a great writing and with this song he created the anthem for small town life, or more specifically, Cartersville, Georgia. |

This was , i believe, the only song on the first nsync album that they had any input on writing, and notice the lyrical content. This song is about, riding, and not horses as lance would say. To put it bluntly, it's about sex. And if it isn't its got a head start.

This song was written about growing up in the south where religion is forced upon you.
The thing is on Broad street (the writer of this song is from Rome, ga and so am i), people will actually walk up to you and preach.
Also, MxPx may be considered a christian band, but thats only because their lyrics are clean. I haven't heard anything too godly in any of MxPx's music.
