I think the girl tried to commit suicide but failed. 'then i remembered that i saw your eyes and not the rain' ^she had a problem.. she was sad. 'sitting on the bathroom floor asking "why?" i think your stronger for wanting to stay alive.' I think the "why?" is directed to the girl, why she tried to kill herself. Beautiful lyrics. |

| They sound a wee bit Linkin Park-ish in this one song, yes. But Amy Lee's vocal is so amazing - it closes the deal nicely. ;) And the orchestra is simply brilliant. Great song. | |

Ok... The intro was nice, but then it turned out to be something ordinary ("that's Linkin Park, alright"), the bridge part helps alot - "I will never know myself until I do this on my own And I will never feel anything else until my wounds are healed I will never be anything till I break away from me I will break away and find myself today" <-- that is amazing. But the closing.. again, ordinary. All in all, it's a good song with positivity, but not a great come back. Lets hope the second single would be better. |
