I was never really a big fan of the fo fighters till i heard this song. Im still not. But this song is one of the best. Like the accoustic version on the howard stern show howard said " you knwo how thats a good song? Cause i actually got the chills durin that." I agree with him. I get the chills every time i hear it. Its cool to see such emotional lyrics to a faster beat. Thrice is bad ass! I myself think this song is saying how true love is completely unselfish and the only thing that makes you happy is seeing the one you love happy and you would do anything for them even if it was to lay down your own life for them. I think SweetSiren pretty much has it wrapped up. |

This song is amazing. Defiantly one of their best ever! I can really relate. What i got from it is the girl he loves is in a diferent area from him and they are apart but dont want to give eachother up cause they are wonderful together and have faith that someday they will be back together. Thats exactly what happened to me and my girl and im still waiting for the day we will be back together for good. She is coming to visit me soon and i cant wait to actually put a real face to the voice im talking to instead of a picture. even if it is just for a weekend. thats what i get from this song.

I think this song is about a guy who is depressed and everyone can tell altho he tries to hide it. He wants help but does not want people to look down on him. This is definatly what i have been feeling for the past few weeks and i can really relate to this song. |
