i agree, this song is so good! i wish it was on the cd so then i could hear it on my discman or in the car and stuff... for sambo, put cd in computer, then the site comes up, and in big white bold letters, it says 'bonus tracks' click on that, scroll down the page a bit, and then it says 'send us a saint' in yellow. right click on it and go to 'save target as' and then save it somewhere and play it... |

aight, listen biches... if ur in a band (a punk band mind u - the poorest, cheapest, bummest bands with no recognition) , ofcourse u want to go on mtv and sell out... making shit loads of money for playing music u like and having fun. playing at concerts selling tickets for $50 and playing infront of thousands of people. it would rip! but if there was a punk rock bible, there would be a list of the 10 punk rock commandments, and the top one would be 'thou shalt not sell out and go one mtv and shit - from God!' yeah, brody and tim are still broke as fuck, but there are other ways to make enough money to buy a can of pease and a loaf of bread... u dont need fans of spice girls and shit watching u on mtv and then saying 'oh brody has a cool belt, im gonna get one just after i buy this britney spears cd so i look punk.' hellcat may be poor, but it should be... i respect punks a million times as much if they're in the gutter with an upside down hat next to them and 'homeless' written on a pizza box in their hand, than i would respect them on mtv. if you're making music to be seen for all those faggots into top 40's and then popstars start dressing like u, just to make money (which i guess is really important to have) then u've just sold out. look, if 'punk rock' was a person, and he was a girl and a boy at the same time, and rooted himself to make babies, all these punk bands are the children of 'punk rock'. their soul is part of punk rocks soul. and every punk band that sells out, has actually just sold its soul to Mtv (the music devil). it doesnt just give the one band a bad name... its gives punk rock a bad name! look at good charlotte! they go on tv, make it to top ten, and now sell millions of records.. funny that... they got rich and famous by bagging out rich and famous ppl with 'lifestyles of the rich and the famous'. those fucken idiots, i wanna kill all of them! and then avril lavigne saw them, and dressed like them, and now all the sudden, everyone i see has a studded belt and wrist bands, wears a tie... and thanks to her, everyone likes those old skool converse shoes (chuck taylors). now chuck taylors cost like $80. i got my first pair for like, $15! i dont even wear those pieces of shit now, or studded wrist bands, cuz i just look like everyone else. it was so much better being the only punk in town... now u just look like a follower, just like everyone else. anyway... fuck reading all of the above, its too long, just read this; - mtv really is the devil of music, and buys everyones souls for some recognition and big cars. punk is better underground. i found out about bands another way... noone told me about them, i didnt see them on tv (cuz i refuse to support music television by watching it) and radio is for pussies, and i dont listen to that either. dont sell ur soul to be famous and get free money. music should be about how it sounds. and maybe should have classifications, like how movies are G, PG, M, MA, and R... punk cd's should have a thing on them that says NGKTWMOT (no gay kids that watch music on tv). i could crap on about selling out till this page im writing is taller than you are... but AFI might've slightly sold out... but they only have like, one video clip... not too bad. but it sucks with dumb ass bands like blink 182 and good charlotte and sum 41 and shit, how they mix punk into top 40's... they're so badly sold out, they're not even punk anymore... then you start to see those ass hole kids that dont know what they're talking about, and their fave 2 bands could be 'good charlotte' and 'the spice girls'. or even 'spice girls and madonna and that shit is what they like to hear... but they dress just like good charlotte. they think they're soooo punk rock. then when ppl see punks that have been punk before blink 182 existed, but still dress similar to them, ppl think 'oh theres another poser that likes what he sees on video hits and shit...' (not that most real punks dress like that anymore anyway... but punk rock styles like big spikey haircuts, black leather with studs and chains hanging everywhere, chuck taylors... everything! its not even punk anymore. everybody has all that stuff. even 'AVRIL LAVGIENE' (FUCK I WANNA FUCKEN STAB THAT BITCH AND CUT OUT HER EYES AND SHIT IN THE SOCKETS!) and now, in one go, she has turned so many punk things into 'pop' or 'top 40s' styles. avril has nothing to do with punk. i wish that fucken scrag was dead before she released that skater boy shit... but anyways, lotsa ppl wanna kill her, it'll happen one day.. a band like AFI does deserve more credit, and i suppose everyone should get to hear their music, but it better not drift into any mainstream top 40s crap. cuz then it'll be kids dressing like AFI all over the streets... AFI has a style, and its based on themselves for who they are. fits them all perfectly.. but doesnt fit those wanna be punks that like blink 182 etc. how fun did it used to be years ago when ud be the only punk in town... i miss being teased for wearing what i did and ppl thinking 'punk is shit' before they had heard it. now its just a normal thing... and lotsa stuff was punk because it was cheap... chuck taylors cost like $70 australian these days! my first pair, years ago was like $15 that 'punk in fashion' scene has ruined it for the punks. and its thanks to bands like blink and good charlotte and ESPECIALLY avril laveigne, even tho shes not punk. its fine that ppl can hear AFI, but it would suck if quality punk like that turned into pop. |
