One of the best and most underrated of the Black Crowes songs. This song is great to listen to just after breaking up with someone, 'cause that's what it's about. It's about breaking up with someone, even though maybe you don't really want to, cause you're finally seeing things in the relationship (and life maybe) for what they really are. You're saying that "You won't find me on my knees/aint bending over backwards just to please" you're ending the relationship with your pride and dignity in tact. You won't pander to the other person. |
