I know why kasey wrote this song and the meaning towards it about the radio stations etc and all the other stupid evil teeny boppers. But I also think that most ppl out there can relate to it because its just talking about you know ppl not feeling wanted etc or not being popular because they might not be pretty enough or not the "in" thing etc etc. I hope you get what I mean. |

I love this song. It is the best song ever. Not exactly quite sure of the exact meaning of it.
But I interprt it as basicly being someone who has tried to give a person the opposite of who they really are in order to win them over. But then it doesnt work out and they finally tell the truth to this person and basicly I think that the person is having trouble getting over it. And well yeah...Thats what I think. Dont take my word for it though. |

This song is great. I heard it once when a friend played the cd and I just had to look up the lyrics. Although I have never been put through this type of situation (thankfully), I have seen the effects which it has...My father had a druken and abusive father, he died when my father was only 15. Although I never met him, I do see the effects that this one person has had on an entire family...So if your ever in this situation please talk to someone, don't be to scared to stand up for you rights and get outta there! |

This song is great, I love it. I'm not sure of the true meaning of the song though. I interpt as something to do with something people have said to otheres, hurtful things etc..."Forked tongues in bitter mouths can drive a man to bleed from inside out" Someone saying something bad about someone and making them feel horrible. And I also think it asks the question if someone does that should you "avenge" and do to them what they did to you "What if eye for an eye" and it also says that you shouldn't do that because "What if your words could be judged like a crime". So yeah. thats just my $2. |

This song is great, one of my favs...To many great songs to pick just one. I do see the pushing away thing, and I know how bad it feels and how much you want a relationship to work even though its obviously not going anywhere and you know that but you just keep trying...and trying...and trying....and well you just give up and wake up to yourself and decide its time to go...Anyone in a situation like this should listen to this song...and anyother linkin park because they deal with HEAPS of everyday stuff and I can relate to the whole album. I think it does have something to do with being accused of something you haven't done...Just by being there etc...But not exactly get in trouble with the law about it...More like friends, family etc (Been there, done that). I relate SOOO much to this song and it helps when I've had a really bad day... |
