it certainly about prejudice as butterflykiss said .. when she says that a child has no concept of the tone the skin is living in i think she means that kids dont really pay attention to the race until s/he is told to make such discrimination ... im not sure, but i do know this is a great universal song, a classic that has accompanied me since im a little girl, and the sound of it is just amazing.... |
