Hey just to say I am a christian too, and I know almost every single band on your list, and I believe they have good music and lyrics too. Please stop wrecking the threads with arguments! I know you have the right, but it would seriously be easier on all us who actually do like Creed and come here to see other people who like Creed opinions! If you don't like the band, don't go to their sites! Please do us all a favor! Because how does it help you in any way? Do you just like arguing?
Q-tip- tho I agree with your opinion, this is song meanings so technically they do have a right, unfortanutely, they choose to exercise that right! But I agree, the thread would be much better if they would keep their rude comments to themselves, and OPD, you can't even say some of the stuff you have said isn't rude to Creed Lovers. Wow. I juss found them, what can you say? Lemme try. Chris writes the most amazing heartfelt poetry that is out there right now. With the haunting Guitar in the background and his voice..... its juss wow. 'And breathing is a foreign task..' that is so true. When you feel heartbroken, everything is so unreal. 'So this is strange, our sidestepping has come to be a brilliant dance where nobody leads at all, where nobody leads at all.' I think in this part he is saying everyone gets their heartbroken eventually, no matter how important, or powerful you are. Again, let me say the one word that sums up this song- wow.

Uhh. ryan8723- you have some facts wrong! The members of Creed ARE christian, they have admitted it time and time again! They even say it on the lil Q&A section of their 'official' fan web page. They aren't a so called Christian band tho! Here is the exact quote in Scotts words:

This is seriously the best song on the whole weathered cd. Tho 'Weathered' itself follows pretty close! But geez louwheez! I keep comin' back to this song!! IT TOTALLY ROX! It starts out kinda ballady like 'Lullaby' but then goes totally hard rock, but the transistion is soo smooth that you don't even notice! Awesome band, awesome song! Rock on!
