i absolutely love this song. It's weird, no one around he has any idea who Superdrag is, and they were like the 3rd band i ever started listening to. They have such a unique sound, like an old fashioned sound mixed with something modern. This is one of my favorites by them, it's mellow but profound. |

i'm surprised there arent more comments on this song. This is one of my favorite songs lyrically because of the honesty of the lyrics and the message it sends to today's broken youth. The song is about suicide. The lyrics directly relate to humanity by relating something as delicate as porcelain to the fragility of human life. It sends a message to those thinking of committing suicide in the last few lines of the song. Thursday wrote this song in memory of one of their dear friends who committed suicide in hopes that somehow they could save a life and prevent someone else from feeling the pain of losing a loved one to this horrible and pointless act of violence against oneself. Read the words, digest them, understand them, and relate them to you or someone you know who may be considering suicide. Suicide is the escape of the weak, an escape for people who *think* they are too pathetic to help themselves. No one is that pathetic.

i had and still have incredible respect for Thursday but i must say i thought this was one of their most impacting songs. To discover that Geoff plagerized these from a poem just kind of lessens the boldness of the statement it makes. Thursday is still amazing and the rest of their lyrics (i hope) are original. I hope their new-found fame doesnt change the message and ideals that they always stood for. |

fata rocks. This is one of my favorite songs by them. It is incredible both musically and lyrically. They are one of the few hardcore bands that can distinguish themselves by adding in some softer songs to their album. They are truly amazing. |
