ALRIGHT, here what I think this song is about. "I can;t live with you, and I can't live without you."..That is the message that sums it all up.. I dunno its hard to explain but it all makes sense in my head..."I needed you more...when we wanted us less"~refers too how he has mixed feelings..."everything's gone white
and everythings grey now you're here now you're away"~refers too how everything is great and then it goes bad again...I think when Gavin sings, "Don't let the days go by.." that means that even know you can;t live with that person you still want them in your life and you dont want the days to go by without them...does anyone else get the same message when they hear this song?

I think this song sums up what its like to be an adolescence just chillin smokin' with your buddies. Sure its not smiled upon and people stereotype as they wish, but thats just the way it is. |

I think this song is about the frustration of a guy whose old girlfriend who has hurt him much in the past is trying to get back with him. So he is basically saying "Look at you now..without me...you;re smacked in the face..just like you smacked me in the face before..." As if His rejecting her is so familiar to when she rejected him. Its just vise-versa in the situation now |
