I dont think everyone knows about the NFG, Midtown, Drive-Thru dispute thing...in short it was all because of Midtown and their incessant complaining =\ They accused Drive-Thru of stealing money from them, but the real case was they were just jealous of NFG for becoming tons more popular than them. NFG was always nice to Midtown and in all of their videos (Hit or Miss and Dressed To Kill) at least one band member (Chad from what I can see) was wearing one of their shirts. Midtown is just a waste of perfectly good talent, and their first song off the new album is called "Become What You Hate" and it points the finger directly at drive-thru. Even the title of the cd "living well is the best revenge" says how they're gonna try and become really popular to get back at NFG and drive-thru...pathetic =\ I even heard they even shut the door in finch's face when they offered to open Midtowns shows...they want all the exposure to themselves... |

Oh, to let you all know, there's a girl in my class named Konstantine with a K...so basically it probably IS the name of the girl. And i think its really cool how he encorporates the "and i can spell confusion with a 'k' and i can like it" because he's reffering to how his who dilema is so confusing he's sort of personalizing the word confusion by taking her first inital and changing it. Sort of a way to remember her by...i dont know if that made any sense whatsoever, but if it did let me know please :) L8r |

I saw them May 12th, TSL kicks royally. I met Ken and he signed my ticket stub and he's like the nicest guy you'd ever meet. He just hung out on the side stage and watch the other bands. TSL performed with Finch, Brand New, Autopilot Off, and Sense Field. What an awesome lineup :) |

Moving on...there's more than just *one* person out there who's not just outright cold. Many are though, i know...being a sorta middle class attendee at a mono-prep school does suck...royally. Oh well. This song had always been my favorite Incubus song (dont really like their new stuff), but now i understand it a little bit better. And now I like it that much more :)

Dude, so far there is no person that has EVER hated this band. Everything is awesome, vocals, guitars, VIOLIN (including the player, he's tight, he does flips on stage), and sweeeeeet lyrics. I mean they're so great. My favorite part is the part...

wow, why did anyone miss her again? I mean, just because someone made music doesn't mean that they gotta parade it around and stuff. I know plenty of other bands that would barely get anything if one of their band-mates died. It just pisses me off how someone who writes such royally crappy, dirty music like this should get honored for anything besides "Sluttiest Woman of the Year"...psh, how pathetic |

Dude, this "side project" of Blink 182's Travis and Tom's is gonna be the biggest success, holy crap. I mean these are such great lyrics and the way Tom sings it *sigh* his voice is so perfect to be singing Emo like this. And the entire Box Car Racer CD is going to be Emo, Tom even mentioned that the CD is heavily influenced my Fugazi :) I can't WAIT until the album hits stores on May 15th! |

Dude, i saw him live...holy wow...that was one of the best experiences I've had at a concert ever. The way he lets the crowd sing and everyone gets into it. It's just so great, there's no words that can describe the atmosphere at his concerts. He played two encore songs, the first was this one, the next was my all time favorite, Hands Down. Ohhhh my gosh...such an amazing song... |

WOW, this was the finale for the March 15th show in Oregon that I went to. This is my all time favorite song, this one should go down in the history of music as the best song ever...high expectations i know but what a perfectly written song...there's nothing better than this. The was he describes the mood of the situation, the way he so emotionally tells the story of hopping the fence only to end the night with the most meaningful kiss he'd ever recieved...this man is such a lyrical geinious, what i would do if i could express myeself in such a flowing, descriptive, and all out emotional way...omg this reminds me of a girl that i wish i could hold right now...*goes and sits alone in the corner of his room...thinking about and dwelling upon the girl that he will never have...* |

Praise the Lord...I agree that Durst has the worst lyric writing talent, i think he should hire someone to write it for him, then he can be like his role model, the Badstreet Boys. And the thing with Scott Stapp, omg...Scott does have a biiiig ego and he's such a hypocrite in saying that he's a Christian...what a lie...I think the two of them should duke it out and then there should be an *accidental* bombing of the ring...heh, i'll leave with that thought implant in my head...L8r |
