Given that this entire album is about missing someone whose far away (across the Atlantic) ... I've taken "ivory lines lead" to represent the jet trails that follow behind planes. White/Ivory lines streaking across the blue sky. There's nothing specific in the song to support it, but in the context of the album, it makes sense to me. |
