| forgeting what the title is suposed to mean, cause i have no idea, i love this song. what it means to me is that there is a girl that he wants, that he had at one time, but something happened and she is no longer interested. "i couldn't change though i wanted to.." great line. he knows what happened and knows what has to be done to change it, but his own human nature won't let him. and their old friend "fear" makes it almost impossible to get over it. afraid to face it and afraid to change it. And lastly, the line that hits home... " i needed you more, you wanted us less.." funny how life seems to go that way, isn't it? great song | |
