Ok, so... I've read everyone's own personal meanings and I also feel that the song is a bit of a drug abuse song and a broken relationship song all in one. If it wasn't about drugs, then why the hell would he waste his time adding "white lines" and "needle and the damage done" and also, if you think about it, he "crashes his car the same way everyday" kinda like a daily drug addiction. So hate me if you want to, but that's what I think. And anyway, whatever it's about it still is super deep, a song to remember, and definately not written by some stupid fool who doesn't know what the f--- he's doin'.

This song is one song I absolutley love to listen to. I can relate to this in my own life. Stephen is a mastermind. I think this band needs a little more respect from the world. This is one of the few CDs I can listen to from beggining to the end over and over and never tire from it. |
