Could have like a million different meanings but I think it's about his partner leaving him, but she's so beautiful to him that while she's doing it all he can think about is how perfect she is and he sort of spaces out and has a moment of peace. This then gets extrapolated to all women and he starts proclaiming how amazing and beautiful women are, and how much power they have over men (for the hearts you break, everytime you moan).
