Well, war has been declared. :( It's been a very sad past few days. As many of you know, i'm anti-war, and I really get depressed about all of it... It's war, you know. I've offically became the Goodrich Hippie (despite my lack of pot addiction). I got some other bad news today... my Paris trip got postponed... and we don't know how long.. :( Madame was saying Thanksgiving is a possibility. Arg! Life is so stressful! There's a concert tomorrow at the FIM that i'm going to be doing... were doing some fun stuff. Today we got our first thunderstorm of the year... complete with lightning. :) I love thunderstorms... espically when you're at home, and you have nothing better to do but watch them... they're very calming to me. I went to the FIM today for a clinician by a lady named Dr. Allison Shaw... she talked to us about different sounds and what not you get from percussion... and how cymbals can vary greatly... it was pretty good. I learns some cool stuff. well thats about it... you should expect an entrie from me this weekend... Toodles!

Hey everyone... how are ya? I'm doing fine. This weekend is going to be VERY stressful... i have a concert friday night (flint youth wind ensemble) and then State Solo and Ensemble saturday morning... blah... i'm going to be pretty strained. We got our comments back from the judges, in my opinion they were just REALLY hard. Most other school in our district got 2's so i don't feel terrible. Other than that... everything's fine. well i'm going to get going... salut mon amies!

Well, we got 2's at festival... and i really don't comprehend why. We were really good i though, the band that went before us wasn't that great at all... and they got 1's. I don't get it ah well... I'm sure all of you have heard how the U.S. is pissed at France, and most of you know, i'm going to france in April (well, i don't know now). I hate war... and I hate our government. Excuse the French for wanting to reach peace. Whatever happened to that goal anyways? Now the U.S. just wants to kill everyone wanting peace... fuck war, and fuck the U.S. I'm sick of living in a society where we blame everyone but ourselves for our problems. I'm sorry if you don't agree... but i'm sick of all of it. Ah well... tomorrow is monday. school... Today it was beautiful out! Sunny and warm for once. Ah well talk to you all later... tootles.

Well... i forgot ALL about my journal! Oh well, it's not that long since i wrote you. Todays hump day, better known as Wednesday, but hey. Kristi's back, and life is going alright i guess. Percussion Ensemble had a rehersal today after school, we sounded alright, everyone is confused... it's actually pretty funny... ah well. Tomorrow is going to be a big day... blah.... Well, Hello everyone... how are you all doing *hears an utter buzz from his microphone, but nothing else* Alright... That's great. Well, my weekend was alright. Friday was kind of a blur... everything worked counter clockwise, if you get what i mean. Well, school did anywho. Afterschool, my dad picked me up and we went over to our old house (which he's renting out). The women who was previously renting it moved out without warning, didn't pay her rent, and lefts one big ass mess to cherry-top it off. We did a few things to clean up over there, then left and went to his house... as soon as i got there, i took a nap, and woke up when my sister and her boyfriend came in to visit my dad before we went off to flordia, and leaving our michigander asses back here to freeze. She stayed for a bit then left (She pretty much wanted money). Then My dad's girlfriend (mary-jo, the women he's living with) had two of her friends come over, Linda and Jerrry, and they brought Pizza. We ate and then we played this card game call Snouts. It was fun, and i won $15!!! Then Saturday, we went back over to my old house and cleaned it up...5 hours of labor. :\ After that, we pretty much did nothing the rest of the night. Today, Sunday, i went to the Flint Symphony Orchestra concert, which was really good... they're amazing... and now i'm back home... i hope everyone had a good weekend. See ya!

Today was... long... it had it's good and bad points. - at school, we had this stupid "spring break safety fair" thing all day... you might say :: isn't it better then going to class :: but it wasn't. It was so... ugh... yeah. I skipped the whole smoking part of it... i forgot what they called it... i just went in the band room and practiced. We had a concert today, which in my opinion went by meerly flawless. It was the last time we performed in the "cafetorium"... we're going to be in the auditorium soon... WOO HOO! It started off with the choir, then while the band set up, i went out infront of the audience, and perform my solo and ensemble peice "Yellow After The Rain"... Hard peice... i think they were impressed. :) So then the band performed... good stuff... i messed up... but we did REALLY good... That's it for today... chao mates

Woo hoo... we got a snow day today... wOOt! I didn't do much... listened to some music, went online, look up some shit... the usual. I can't believe that my Paris trip is right around the corner... April 19th my friends... i know you'll all miss me dearly. :P Take care
