I had an interesting day for skating recently... I skated in a sports hall - some sort of badminton/tennis court, wooden floor. Went nuts. 15 ft long (!) primo slides, double railflip to rail, cooperflip out. Big oldschool varialkickflips to manual. 360 shuvits to manual. New footwork lines. 1 good session.
Then on the way home, I did something very VERY stupid.
Ok. Picture this. A U-shaped grass bank. Perfect natural halfpipe. I rolled in on my skateboard, as the ground was hard enough to ride on. Halfway down one side I hot a brick buried in the ground and slam into the other side, knocking the wind out of me and cutting up my arms and head on glass.
Right now I ache SO bad...
I've just realised. I live in England, so the times on my posts aren't right. Add 5 hours. It's actually 08:14PM as I write this.
(Note: I've since corrected all the times. No need to add anything, anymore)
I've just got in. I've spent all day doing railflips to rail and my back feels like it's been hit with a sledgehammer. I've had no food all day, either. I'm gonna have a stir-fry, I think. Hmmm....
This is my last week at school before the easter holidays. I get two weeks off where my house is gonna be pretty empty, so guess who'll be coming round...
1st of April, and it's raining. And hailing. It's miserable, and I really want to go skate. I can't even go see Sharon (my gf) tonight as she's revising for a big test. No fair. I miss Sharon.
I guess I'm just gonna play video games tonight.
