what's a sleestak? ;)

where the hell are all these brand new fans coming from, the amount of comments on songs by Brand New by far outscored what i thought they would. Brand New is fucking awesome. they're whole thing with Taking Back Sunday, teenage angst eat your heart out, makes me feel like im in high school all over again, even tho high school blew, i definately found solace in music. being able to go to a concert and see a crowd of ppl who all like the band and are just as stoked as you to see them. the energy when your against the gate, trying to breath as the whole crowd pushes forward. In the seats, raising a glass (when the beer flows like wine)... even tho you may not have known exactly who the other person is your raising it to. raise it high, maybe its me?

Music i find, for me, is a complete release. an energizer, a silent friend, something to open your eyes and give your head a shake.. you can take whatever you want out of this world and for me music creates emoticons and observations that can create a perception of reality that pushes our global visi@@n and hunger for life. i know i know, others will say "its just music" but is television just television? is money just money? YES, but tell me what the soul purpose of life is. if music is important to you and you are able to share that with others, it can create conciousness in others, growth. (i dont consider twittering about justin biebers new outfit growth. heh. but who am i to judge?) ...
