I have been browsing SongMeanings on the mobile phone for some time. It is so refreshing to find a website that takes you straight to the lyrics, instead of redirecting you directly to ringtones and other rubbish. As my hearing is not good, it is opening up a whole new world to read the lyrics to my favourite tracks. I like Steve Hillage, Yes, Pink Floyd, Vangelis, Moody Blues, Caravan and lots of 1970s progressive rock, these were my anthems whilst a long-haired, sandal-wearing student in Wales from 1974 to 1977. Later on, I preferred electronica, house music and acid house. Human League, Simple Minds, U.S.U.R.A and all sorts of compilation CDs. Recently, I have found interesting music from India, namely Talvin Singh, Osmani Soundz, Nitin Sawhney and Panjabi MC. Thanks to Micheal Schiano and Brian Adams for setting up such an excellent site.
