  • Everyone just sucks.

by NeverXMind on January 15, 2011
Have not written in a while. Been using my real-life journal more than my Internet one. Is that a good thing? I'm not sure. This week has been pretty (excuse my teenage language) suckish. My new classes have been quite aggravating and my teachers are total nut-jobs. It's like they got turned into completely different people over the holidays. Also, my Geography class has really been annoying me. They're such freaking idots. You should of heard them today. "Muslims are so stupid, they should be killed" and "Immigrants shouldn't be allowed in this country, all they do is shoot people" and all this Americans-are-so-much-better-than-everyone crap. Then they started talking about gays, and that's when I really lost all hope. On everything. The stupid part was, my teacher was just indulging them. Didn't even say a word. I think I'm going to report him, because he's letting the kids be all prejudice and self-absorbed. Wiz Whatshisface's song "Black and Yellow" has been playing everywhere. Radios, iPods, television. It's annoying. When I close my eyes, all I can see is that stupid dude's face mouthing the words "black and yellow, black and yellow, black and yellow". Someone kill me. Sayonara.

  • Local H.

by NeverXMind on January 07, 2011
Found another awesome band by listening to the radio again. I know I always say I hate the mainstream, but I think this local radio station plays pretty good stuff. Does this mean I'm turning mainstream? I'm not sure. Anyways, this band is called Local H. They're kind of grungey, almost post-grunge, with some heavy alternative. Typical 90's band. My favorite song by them is "Bound For The Floor," even though it is quite repetitive. It's fun to sing along to, I guess. My other favorites are "Jesus Christ! Did You See The Size Of That Sperm Whale?", "Nothing Special", "'Cha!' Said The Kitty", "Freeze-Dried (F) Fries", and the angsty "Back In The Day". Their version of Britney Spears's "Toxic" is alright, I suppose, even though they can't sing it like Britney. But who cares about singing? Their music alone is pretty rad. Yes, I just said rad. Going back to school on Monday. Not really excited. It will be the first day of the third quarter, which means I'm getting a couple new classes. I believe I am getting P.E. (again) and Computers. Fuuuun. At least I'm getting out of that horrible Successful Teens class. It was like freaking therapy in there; I could not stand it. Especially when all my teacher wanted us to do was talk about our feelings (which I like to keep to myself, thank you very much) and watch episodes of "If You Really Knew Me". Don't get me wrong, some of the things we did in that class were pretty fun, but they got aggravating really fast. Chao.

  • Frostwire will be the death of me.

by NeverXMind on January 02, 2011
I know I'm already breaking one of my resolutions by saying this, but you know what I really hate about Frostwire? You will never ever get the results you want, no matter how specific you are. For instance, I typed in the song "Clouds" by the band Hole from the album "Pretty On The Inside", which is from 1991. And you know what I got as results? A freaking GOSPEL song. Not the song "Clouds" by Hole on "Pretty On The Inside" from 1991. No. When I tried being less specific, I just got a bunch of spam, along with other various bands. Agh. It just does not make sense. As soon as I find a program that is free and does not take up alot of space on this useless laptop, I am going to delete Frostwire and all of its stupidness. I'll start being positive tomorrow.

  • 2011.

by NeverXMind on January 02, 2011
Well, it's the second day of 2011. Hooray? Since last year I totally screwed up and did the exact opposite of my resolutions, I am going to make yet another list to go by. You know, just in case I forget. Here are my little New Year's Resolutions: 1) Stop being negative, focus on the "positive" things in life. 2) Sign up for the talent show. 3) Read all of Ellen Hopkins's books. 4) Quit people stupid nicknames, like how I call Manny "Chia" and Chris "The Closet". 5) Tell Mallory that I like her, more than a friend. 6) Be myself. Well, I guess that's it. I typed out more yesterday, but then my cousin randomly came out of nowhere and started peering over my shoulder, reading everything. So I had to make a quit exit out of Songmeanings. Which kind of reminds me, I left my account signed on. What if he goes on Songmeanings and reads what I am writing right now? And all of my other journals? Man, that would suck! I hope he doesn't.
