So, I was sitting in the car earlier, and it was complete silence as the CD I burned changed to "Mayonaise" by Smashing Pumpkins. The car shook a little as a larger truck rolled by. And as I watched it, it seemed as though everything just fell around me. It's hard to explain. Everything just seemed...beautiful. The back of the truck, the curve of the road, the stillness of it all.. It was amazing to think how music can just change your whole perspective on the world..but you have to listen to the right kind.
