  • Thanks Giving Weekend

by thespacemanlives on December 04, 2009
I had an awsome Thanksgiving weekend! I went to my step brothers house, in Clearwater Fl., and he is sooo cool he plays guitar like a pro and he tried to teach me a few things on the guitar (but I kept laying it flat and, he said, that I kept playing it like you play a sitar) but guitar is really hard for me so I tried teaching him some stuff on the piano. He has a collection of over 900 cds (none of them Beatles stuff though) and we went to one of his friends house and I saw for the first time in my life someone useing a hairdrier to I don`t know what you call but I think it was to give the fire oxygen. We went back to his house after I beat everyone at Uno :) then in the morning we went and had brunch with his mom and dropped his wife off at her best friends house then we went down to the beach and watched some street performers do some amazing stunts and walked down the peir where I saw this little stand where this woman was selling guitar pick necklaces with Paul Mccartney and John Lennon on them (the pictures on the guitar pick necklaces were taken from John Lennon`s Imagine Lp cover and The Beatles second Lpwhich I think is called with the Beatles). He then dropped me off at his house and I watched Edward Sissor hands (best Johnny Depp movie) he swung back over to pick me up and we went to his wife`s (amanda) best friends (stephanie) house to clean up because she was having a celebration of life party for her mom who just passed away. We had Chinese food and while I was cleaning up I found a record player! And even better than that I found a good 1000 records! Stephanies father had the following Beatles records: The Beatles Second Album (not the same as With the Beatles) Help! Rubber Soul Revolver Hey Jude Abbey Road and Madgical Mystery Tour I listened to those the rest of the time I was there (we did some other stuff but I don`t think I should share those things with everyone) he didn`t only have Beatles albums but he had John Lennons Imagine, The Plastic Ono Band, Double Fantasy, and Paul Mccartneys first solo record, this guy was sooooo awsome! Then at about 2:00 am Stephanies uncle from Germany came down and we met him at a hotle bar (and the hotel had a sign that no one under 18 could enter but me,15 years of age, got in) but I had enough to drink that night so I only got Coke-Cola. That prety much wraps it all up pretty tight so peace out and ~the spaceman lives~
