• Stress...

    I've been thinking about stress a lot lately, most likely because of school, but its been making me realize that no matter what I do I will have some type of stress in my life. I have yet to figure out if that's a good thing or not. It's not always something that I can control and no matter what my teachers or parents say, no amount of planning can get rid of stress, in fact it can add to it. I mean, I've been told countless times, "sit down and make a list and plan out everything you need to do." Well, if i'm so busy what makes them think i have time to sit down and plan out my life. I'd literally have to plan a time to plan. Who does that? Planning out my life just adds stress. It adds more pressure, if i dont finish what's on my list, I'll most likely have a panic attack from that. I think the best thing to do for stress is to forget. Don't forget about what you need to do, just forget why you have to do it. If you don't have a plan, you get things done better. It's called thinking on your feet, get used to it, you do it a lot in life. If i planned ever second of my life like everyone wants me too i wouldn't have to time to breathe... I'm serious. Stress is a part of life and life goes on. Stress comes and goes, but I can tell you one thing. Nothing makes it fully go away.
