That was the best day of my life. Why? Because I got to hang out with the crew of Hall & Oates. Wait! There's more. Picture it, Sept. 5th, 2007 Humphry's by the Bay. My dad and I were sitting on the steps leading to the pool. John oates\, his wife, and his son walked right past us! I would've never known it was John if my dad were'nt there. He said in complete shock, "Was that John?!" I stood up, in total shock. I ran back to the hotel room. I was banging on the door. I headed back out, but without my dad. I walked out, I noticed John was coming right at me! In shock, I smiled so wide! I felt like an idiot! He saw me and waved and said, "Hey, how you doin'?" I said, "haha, good..." I probably looked so stupid! While still making eye contact, I sped off, back to the room. I have no clue what John did b/c I was so happy! The reason I left was b/c I did'nt have my camera with me, and I was in my sports bra! I threw on my Hall&Oates tee and ran back out. I noticed John waiting outside of his room. He looked up and saw me and motioned me to come over! I sped-walked over and he said, "I see you've put on the proper shirt." I smiled even wider, "haha...Yea...Can you sign this?" I handed him my favourite CD case. "daryl hall and john oates greatest hits". While he signed it, I hovered over him. "And can I get a picture?" "Yea, only if your in it." He wanted me to be in the picture! While he signed it, and I hovered over him, he asked me some questions: "What's your name?" "Chynna" "oh, Chynna, and were do you live?" "Wrightwood". It was amazin'! "What's your favourite song?" "Hmmm.....'Family Man' " "Oh, we'll play that tonight." one of the crew members asked me how to work the camera and I showed her. I felt him put his arm around me, and I put my arm around him. But that's not all! I met one of the crew members named Darren and he was REALLY cute! He was playing hackey sack by me and it kept falling on the stairs by me. "I'm just trying to get you to play with me!" He said. It fell right next to me again, "That would be a good souvinere. 'Stupid guy kicked me in the head!' " He was so cute! I also read that Daryl Hall had a son named Darren...I wondered. The concert was also awesome. I literally looked around, and EVERYBODY was sitting down! I was surprised! I screamed all through the concert, "I LOVE YOU DARYL!" People were telling me to be quite. I just ignored them. I kept making eye contact with John AND Daryl! When they came on, Daryl opened his beautiful blue eyes really wide at me. And on the song "Sara Smile" Daryl was dancin' and watchin' me! Well, when ur in the 2nd row, alot of things can happen! :) Some really nice lady came up to me and gave me Daryl's guitar pick, and some really nice guy gave me John's! The nice girl also bought me a Shirly Temple! and after the concert, me and my mom were asking if they were still there. But they were'nt. I was sad. But one of the workers came up and gave me another one of John's guitar picks and the nice security guy that I talked to after meeting John, gave me their set list! I wish I could relive all 4 of those days again...But until they invent time travel, I'll always think, "Damn, that was one hell of a day..."
