it's january 2010. i haven't written here for almost a year..wow.. well new spoon CD comes out soon! wolf parade is also coming out with a new cd this year. right now i'm lovin airborne toxic event, avett brothers, grizzly bear, lady gaga, etcetc. animal collective got best cd of 2009 from lots of lists and i disagree.. ooh well. i would give that to grizzly bear-veckatimest or neko case-middle cyclone

I'm SO into Black Keys. They are so good. I'm also into new Neko Case (the CD Middle Cyclone) and Fleet Foxes.

first entry in 2009 wow! i'm still listening to Dear Science. i started getting spin magazine since it's so cheap for a subscription so i like listening to unknownish indie people. there's not really one band i've gotten into recently, but the song time to pretend by mgmt is my favorite as of now. i listen to it over and over and over.

music update is still pretty much the same as last time. the people i've been hanging out with definitely have made me like rap more. kanye west's two new songs, heartless and love lockdown are so good but i'm not a big fan of the rest of his new cd. (808s and heartbreak). i got the new tv on the radio cd Dear Science, and i haven't taken it out of my stereo in months. it is THAT good. also the new cold war kids cd Loyalty to Loyalty grew on me, I LOVE the song Relief.

still really into tv on the radio..i have to get their new cd. it's amaazing. i'm really late on this but i'm getting into kings of leon finally. also, this is really weird for me, but recently i've been kind of into rap. M.I.A- paper planes, come around..TI- whatever you like...Lil Wayne- a milli...this is weird for me but hey it's all good.

i'm getting my new iPod soon, so looking forward to listening to good music all the time. saw Wolf Parade, they were amazing. love their new CD At Mount Zoomer, it's genius. planning on marrying spencer..must get on that. i'm getting into Beck and Tv on the Radio lately.

time freakin flies and i hate it. but i've not really been into anything that new lately. just appreciating iron & wine's "the shepherd's dog" which took so long to grow on me but now i love it.

guess i missed my december entry. nothing much has changed musically since then. i'm reallly into nirvana nowadays. also old school modest mouse and the mountain goats. i've said it before but i'll continue saying it, cuz it's true: so much good music, no time whatsoever. i want to listen to old school foo fighters as well. i need an ipod that holds more songs.

yes i've decided on animal collective, they kick so much ass. i just started to get into smashing pumpkins, sound garden, radiohead and nirvana. i cannot believe it took me that long to appreciate how fantastic this music is. i feel like i missed out on a childhood of greatness- because i did.

been looking into animal collective. peacebone convinced me to. they fascinate me but i'm still undecided.
