Im here to say something positive (for once). The postives come for one of the most underated bands in the history of rock. Fozzy!!! not Ozzy, not French Ozzy, Definately not Fonzie, and not the freakin mupppets. See Fozzy is a metal band and self described "huge rockstars". The band consits of Rich "the duke" Ward, of Stuk Mojo, and Chris Jericho, thats right former WWE champion Chris Jericho. Knowing that fact, it may be easy to dismiss this as an atempt by Jericho to make a quick dollar, but Chris himself says "the music has nothing to do with wrestilng are completyl different". Some who have heard of them ma think that because the band started as a cover band, and can be quickly labled as being "sell outs" or something to that extent but the band has really turned it around and are making a serious attempt and being taken as a legitiment rock band. They even appeared on Head Bangers Ball or so ive heard. And hey Jercho is keeping his word on keeping Fozzy and WWE seperate, unlike John Cena whos rap album is advertised on both WWE shows along with heat and velocity. And recap programs and pay per veiws and WWE.com. Come compared to that isnt Fozzy considered legendary?

Well I've got another issue to adress and thats if you dont know already, Dave Matthews. In my opinion the most over rated man in the history of rock. Completely uninspired rock music. The band has no sense of style or orginality. Case and point, first of all look at the name The Dave Matthews Band. Pretty lack luster, then look at the lyrics the only thing i can remember from any of the songs is "stay beautiful lady" and "yeah yeah yeah yeah" no inspiration. Finaly remember the music? Neither do i, no memorable guitar drums or anything. Dave Matthews is one guy who is celebrated on "national has no talent but is still famous person day"

To state a rather unpopular opinion Rush sucks. The day i found out who that was screeching and catterwalling on my radio i had made a mortal enemy in the band Rush. I mean to me, Geddy Lee sounds like a constipated screech owl on crack getting strangled with a piano wire. And correct me if I'm wrong, but when i think of killer guitar riffs, nothing I've heard in a Rush song comes to mind. In fact I'd go as far out as to say that country singer Alan Jackson had a better version of "Summer time blues". But thats just me, some of you have your own opiinions. Your own ignorant opinons.

Ok i've decied to use this space to just rant on about random things that bug me. The first of which being that Kid Rock is now considered "hip-hop". Now i dont know about you but the Kid raps alot less on his last album than I've heard on any other I own, which is every one of em. I also hear this talk from former fans that the Kid "sold out". Hey Kid's never shown any intention of just caring about the money, and his style mat have changed but come on, he changed it to better suit him,. If you think it was for sale, then just look at the charts. I bet you money that his sales have dropped. I'd like to rap this up by telling you all that unlike some people out there Kid Rock is supposed to be very down to earth as far as ego goes. From what I've heard meet him on the street and he's Bob Richie or however he spells his name. And to actually quote him from devil without a cause "no sellout, I ain't no ho" . Not a sellout and definately not "not real rock" whatever the hell that means.
