2006: SUCKED! Is anyone making good music anymore? Seriously...someone needs to shut down mtv already. It's giving kids the wrong idea. And it's giving crappy artists like Fall Out Boy, Good Charlotte, AFI, MCR, etc. the green light to keep on making bad music. The bands that I do like: Deftones, System of a Down, Tool, others...their new albums were disappointments. I got a chance to see Tool in concert twice, and both times I left disappointed. I mean, they played NOT A SINGLE SONG FROM OPIATE AT EITHER CONCERT. They only played their singles like Stinkfist, Sober, Forty-Six & 2, Schism, others I can't remember right now, along with the crappier songs from 10,000 Days. Don't get me wrong, I love all their singles, but I think Stinkfist and Sober should be retired already. Well anyways, I just hope 2007 is a much better year music-wise than 2006. So far, I've listened to Skinny Puppy's new album, Mythmaker, to be released late January, and its pretty allright. Yeah.
